Up to now, the indictment has prosecuted 3 defendants: Le Anh Xuan (owner of An Phu karaoke bar), Major Vu Truong Son and Major Pham Quoc Hung for violating fire prevention and fighting regulations. Captain Nguyen Van Vo alone was prosecuted for irresponsibility causing serious consequences.
