Accordingly, the information denounced Ms. Bui Thi Hoai Anh (SN). 1984, residing at apartment 390 Bo De, Long Bien) is Director of MSB Bank Thanh Xuan branch, with signs of fraudulently appropriating customer assets in the amount of 165 billion VND.
Based on the results of the investigation on October 18, 2023, the Deputy Director of Hanoi City Police said that the investigation agency has prosecuted the case of temporarily detaining Ms. Bui Thi Hoai Anh. Initially, the authorities determined that Ms. Anh had fraudulently appropriated the property of 8 victims for the amount of 338 billion VND.
