Bronze medal (2): Lai Ly Huynh (Men’s Individual Chinese Chess); Do Thanh Nhan (Men’s 84kg Karate)
In today’s competition (October 7), the Vietnamese Sports Delegation won 1 more silver medal in sepak takraw and 2 bronze medals in chess and Karate. This achievement is not enough to help the Vietnamese Sports Delegation return again in the top 20 on the medal table.
The Vietnamese sports delegation will finish Asiad 19 in 21st place with 3 gold medals, 5 silver medals and 19 bronze medals. Host China is still leading with 200 gold medals, 111 silver medals and 71 bronze medals.
