Projects include Night Paradise Nhon Hoi entertainment area with an area of nearly 8 and investment capital of 304 billion VND; Area travel Waist beyond one aspect accumulated more than 14 million investment capital of 235 billion VND; Eo Veo 2 tourist area has an area of nearly 18 with an investment capital of 210 billion VND; Eo Gio eco-tourism area with an area of more than 95 acres and investment capital of 1,600 billion VND; Tan Thanh 1 tourist area has an area of more than 15 with an investment capital of 400 billion VND; Tan Thanh 2 tourist area with an area of more than 32 acres and investment capital of 600 billion VND; Commercial Service Area 07 belongs to point 3 Land fund along the extended economic zone axis with an area of more than 2 with an investment capital of 80 billion VND; Parking lot of Ky Co Tourist Area with an area of more than 1 million with an investment capital of 17 billion VND.
Urban residential area projects include Urban Area 01 of the Urban Area East of Thi Nai Lagoon with an area of more than 19 million investment capital. 1,900 billion VND; Urban area A1 (converting part of Industrial Park A land to urban residential land) 49ha (out of 230 hectares) with an area of 49ha and investment capital of 5,000 billion VND; Villa 04 Housing Area belongs to point 3 Land fund along the main road of the extended economic zone with an area of more than 3 with an investment capital of 320 billion VND.
According to Mr. Cao Thanh Thuong – Deputy Head of the Economic Zone Management Board of Binh Dinh province, up to now, Nhon Hoi Economic Zone has 124 projects registered for investment with Total registered investment capital is more than 130 trillion VND, realized investment capital is about more than 33 trillion VND. Of these, 14 projects have foreign direct investment with a total registered investment capital of nearly 640 million USD.
Vice Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Tu Cong Hoang also signed 3 decisions on approve the results of evaluation of registration dossiers to implement construction investment projects and business technical infrastructure of 3 industrial clusters in the area with a total investment of nearly 500 billion VND.
Specifically, construction and investment projects Technical infrastructure business in Binh An industrial cluster, Phuoc Thanh commune (Tuy Phuoc district) over 38 hectares with a total investment capital of about 305 billion VND; investment project to build and trade technical infrastructure of Hoai Huong industrial cluster in Hoai Huong ward (Hoai Nhon town) nearly 12 hectares wide, total investment capital of more than 80 billion VND and investment project to build and trade technical infrastructure De Duc – Hoai Tan industrial cluster, Hoai Tan ward (Hoai Nhon town) is more than 15 hectares wide, with a total investment of more than 85 billion VND.
The People’s Committee of Binh Dinh province requires the progress of completing the entire project to be no more than 36 months from the date the investor is recognized as the investor of the receiving project.
Nhon Hoi Economic Zone was inaugurated in 2005 with a total area of 12,000 hectares. In recent years, the economic zone in Binh Dinh has just begun to attract industrial tourism and service projects. However, it is not commensurate with the inherent strengths and potentials.
In September 2019, Binh Dinh Provincial People’s Committee announced the overall adjustment of the general planning for construction of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone until 2040 according to the decision of the Prime Minister. Government issued on May 8, 2019.
Accordingly, the area of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone was adjusted from 12,000 hectares to more than 14,000 hectares.
Forecast for 2030 total population of the area The economy is about 12,000-14,000 people and the need for construction land fund is about more than 8,000 hectares.
