Case of violence against an 8-year-old boy in Ho Chi Minh City: beaten 10 times with a belt and broom handle

In connection with the case of 8-year-old boy being abused, the police investigation agency of District 12 Police of Ho Chi Minh City has urgently arrested Le Thi Diem Trang (35 years old). The police are assessing the victim’s injuries to take further legal steps.

At the initial investigation, Trang declared that she was a neighbor of Mr. P.T.C., 52 years old, lives in An Phu Dong ward, district 12. From June until now, Mr. C. has sent his son, T.P.C.T., to tutor.
