Crispy fried abalone mushrooms for a family meal

Ingredients needed:

500g abalone mushrooms

Crispy fried flour

Cooking oil

Chili sauce

How to make:

Step 1: When buying, choose large abalone mushrooms to fry to taste better. After bringing it home and preparing it, soak it in water mixed with diluted salt for 5 minutes and then rinse with clean water 2 more times. After washing, let the mushrooms drain completely or use your hands to squeeze them dry. If you leave the mushrooms wet while frying, the oil will explode and cause burns.

Step 2: Pour 100g of crispy fried flour into a bowl and slowly add filtered water while pouring water and stirring the flour with chopsticks. Stir until the dough thickens, then stop adding water. Mix a thick batter to fry the mushrooms better than stir-fry the batter too liquid. Next, I add the drained mushrooms and mix well so that the flour absorbs into the mushrooms.

Step 3: Heat a pan of oil and place each mushroom ear in turn into the oil pan. Fry until the mushrooms turn golden brown on both sides.

That’s it, the crispy fried abalone mushrooms are finished, and this dish goes well with chili sauce. Happy cooking everyone!
