According to the people who bought the apartment, after discovering the difference in area, many people did not agree to sign the apartment handover record. At the same time, Khang Nam Company was asked to re-measure and draw the area of ​​the apartment, but so far it has not been done.

According to Khang Nam Company, the refusal to compensate for the value of the apartment due to not having a fuel supply system is because the competent authorities do not agree to allow Khang Nam Company to continue investing.
