Czech journalist: China violates international standards in the East Sea

Given the location and importance of the East Sea, if maritime routes through this area are blocked, it will have a very serious impact not only on the region but also on the world economy.

Regarding measures to resolve disputes in the East Sea, journalist Milos emphasized that countries need to resolve disputes by peaceful means. Actions using or threatening to use force will not have the opposite effect, causing tensions to continue to escalate, threatening peace and stability in the region.

He said that the Union The European Union (EU) needs to participate more actively in resolving disputes in the East Sea. However, Europe is currently having to deal with many internal challenges such as the immigration crisis, terrorism, etc., so its role in the East Sea region is limited.

The EU needs support relevant countries in resolving disputes by peaceful means such as issuing statements and taking actions to support the resolution of East Sea disputes on the basis of common international law. through regional and international mechanisms such as the United Nations while avoiding participating in activities that risk increasing tensions in the region.

The journalist commented that in the current context, major countries like the US and Japan… will continue to be important partners in cooperation to resolve disputes in the East Sea./.
