Diary of losing 15 kg

Hello! The photo you just saw above is me in 2009 weighing about 56kg. But that’s not it. It must be the peak period. I tried to find a photo when I was more handsome, i.e. 60kg, but I couldn’t find one. Because at the stage when I was so fat that I hated myself like that, it was obviously a long time ago photo.

In 2003, I was 18 years old and started studying abroad in France. At that time, I was very light, only weighing 42kg. But because of my small frame, I didn’t look too bad . After 3 months in France, people around me said: “You look fat lately.” I didn’t really care until the clothes I brought with me didn’t let any of them slip through. I went for a medical check-up. The doctor said: “Gain some weight!” – “Yes, come on.” Kim ran at the speed of light, nonchalantly stopping at the number 60, 5kg without breakfast. I stepped off the scale and stood crying in the middle of the room before the doctor’s shocked eyes. Come to think of it, I only like to eat ice cream, bread and cakes. How could it be like eating baking powder by mistake!

So I started to realize I was fat. Not normal fat with skin and flesh, but fat with fat all over. Waist 59cm goodbye! Even though I know I’m fat, I still don’t know how to be more free. Partly because I work and go to school, partly because around me, Westerners who are fatter than me are munching on Big Macs and drinking Coke. So I just apply a gentle mechanism, which is walking. Walk a lot of things if you can choose. A year later, I seem to have lost…1kg. However, the calves are both big and firm, like Maradonna’s calves, who were shorter and strong. Even more terrifying! Episode 2: I went to the pharmacy to buy weight loss pills. From coffee extract to cherries to green tea to vegetable soup, I’ve tried everything but nothing works. In everyone’s eyes, the image of me as fat has become the default and will not change. Naturally more impatient. But when you’re fat, you’re even more impatient, so the search keyword is always “lose weight fast”.

Methods of weight loss I’ve tried

1. Drink honey and warm water in the morning and at noon. For dinner, only eat 100 grams of boiled white chicken and vegetables mixed with vinegar and a little salt. 2 days of dizziness. Lose 1kg and feel lethargic. Eat another meal and return to the same place as before. Quit.

2. 7 days diet or GM. That means day 1 only eat fruit + filtered water, day 2 only eat vegetables + filtered water; day 3 mix vegetables + fruit + filtered water day 4 bananas (8-10 fruits) + 3 cups of non-fat milk; Day 5: about a handful of boiled rice + 6 7 tomatoes; Day 6 boiled rice + vegetables and day 7 boiled rice + vegetables + fruit. Besides, every day you should add as much celery soup or celery juice as you like (don’t use sugar). I made it to day 5 and then gave up because my stomach hurt too much. When I went to the doctor for advice, I was told: GM actually originated as a weight loss method for obese patients who needed to gain weight quickly before surgery. It will create a Yo-Yo effect, meaning you quickly gain weight and even get fatter because it only causes weight loss due to dehydration, not dissolving indigestible fat. Beyonce is a typical example of GM before she needed to perform or go on tour. Obviously she supplemented with synthetic vitamins and minerals. But in general, the fatter a person uses GM, the more weight they lose. And then twice as fat. If you try to google Beyonce’s image, you will see how the bubble changes.

3. Detox. There are many types of detox. Drink sugarcane juice and cayenne pepper; single fruit (eating only one type of fruit); hunger strike (not eating or drinking for 1 day)… But detox is completely to detoxify the body. Not for weight loss. It’s not done.

At this point I’m officially desperate!

Women and fat and thin things. Basically, it doesn’t simply depend on the views of those around you. It is the feeling of being comfortable or not with your own body. That’s why there are many people who look plump but are happy and still eat and enjoy (even if a lot of fat can be dangerous to your health). However, if you keep repeating the “oh I’m fat” song over and over again without doing anything about it, that’s your fault. We always have countless reasons to refuse and give up. But either you choose to accept your body and stop complaining or you make it an important thing and then you won’t have time. Don’t admire how that girl is so skinny or is so good at losing weight. She must also suffer a lot, not play.

Losing weight with Low Carb

Losing weight you must determine that it cannot be done in one day. Think of your body as a man who is loved and spoiled and must be taught again. Therefore, it definitely takes a lot of patience for him to adapt and change. The only method I believe is Low Carb or a Vietnamese variation is the DAS Diet. How to eat it will be very lengthy, you just need to google it. Extremely the easiest of the methods I’ve tried, but that doesn’t mean you don’t need to try. The first week was the hardest but after that everything went smoother. Your body will build a wall in front of carbohydrates when it has enough (the main ingredient that creates energy for the body to produce blood sugar).

My current weight is 45kg. I’m temporarily satisfied with it. But basically, I really like to eat and gain weight easily, so when I feel a bit heavy, I try to gain weight. Not necessarily because of anything too big. Just feel relieved and feel comfortable. Women often set goals: lose weight to fit into a dress; to find a lover, find a husband, lose weight to keep your husband and not lose to the guy you hate… But very few people really think they should lose weight for themselves first. Only then will the rigor of patience and results truly come and exist. At least I always believe that you have to do it FOR YOURSELF before it can be better FOR SOMEONE.
