Then he imported white peacocks and crossed them with green peacocks at the farm to produce five-colored peacocks.
The more he raised them, the more passionate he became about this rare bird. Currently, he is successful with the peacock farming model with over 10 pairs of parent peacocks, 20 peacock chicks from 7 to 9 months old and 10 pairs of five-colored pheasants.

“Raising peacocks requires little care and is easy to feed, with very few diseases. “So I have a lot of free time to raise dozens of pigs to increase my income,” he said.
Peacocks are omnivores so their main food is green vegetables and rice. rice, corn, food… Peacocks can be fed freely in the coop, but the peacocks eat very little food, only 1/3 of the amount of chicken, so it saves a lot of money. Drinking water for peacocks must be clean and replaced daily.

After 2 years of raising peacocks, they reach adulthood and begin to be able to reproduction. They only breed once a year, with 25 – 27 eggs each time. However, it is not until the 3rd or 4th year that the bird’s reproductive ability stabilizes and the hatching rate becomes more effective.
When the young birds hatch, use some antibiotics. Preventing and treating diseases in birds is similar to preventing and treating diseases in chicks. Some common diseases include respiratory diseases and diarrhea. Treating peacock diseases is like preventing and treating poultry diseases.
