During this executive period, the inter-ministries criticized the establishment of a stabilization fund for fuel oil at 300 VND/kg. The management agency does not set aside nor spend a stabilization fund for all remaining types of petroleum.
Relating to the issuance of electronic invoices in the petrol retail business, according to the report of the General Department of Taxation, as of February 26, the country had 7,542 business stores. Petroleum retail has issued electronic invoices for each sale according to regulations.
