The first is the construction investment project social housing at land plot CT4CT5 belonging to the Dai Kim new urban area construction investment project (Dai Kim ward, Hoang Mai district). The project has a total area of 203 hectares including 562 apartments. Currently, the investor is preparing to invest in the construction of high-rise buildings in plot CT4CT5 expected to be completed in 2024.
The second is the investment project to build social housing in plot CT6BZone Southwest Kim Giang new urban area (Dai Kim ward, Hoang Mai district). The project has a total investment of 1,293 billion VND on an area of 1085 hectares. The project has a total floor area of 33,120 square meters with 552 apartments. The project is undergoing procedures to decide on investment policies and is expected to be completed in 2027.
Finally, the investment project to build social housing in plots CT7 and CT8 of the Southwest New Urban Area Kim Giang 1 (Dai Kim ward, Hoang Mai district and Tan Trieu commune, Thanh Tri district). The project has a total investment of 1,394 billion VND with 937 apartments. Currently implementing procedures to decide investment policies. Expected to be completed in the period 2026-2027.
All three social housing projects above will provide an additional 2,051 apartments to the housing market, which is expected to contribute to “quenching the thirst” for housing. social housing for people.
Previously, according to statistics from the Ministry of Construction, in the third quarter of the past year, the whole country had 19 social housing projects for low-income people and industrial workers. Industrial projects with a scale of 18,752 units have been completed and construction investment has begun.
