In addition, the Vice Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee also assigned Hoang Mai District People’s Committee Thanh Tri District People’s Committee to preside over and coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Planning and Investment and related units to inspect and take measures. The law to end illegal business and service activities of organizations and individuals on land areas managed by Bitexco Joint Stock Company must be handed over to the city.

This urban area project was formed after Bitexco was the investor implementing the road project surrounding the memorial area of ​​famous celebrity Chu Van Anh Huyen Thanh Tri under the BT (Build – Transfer) Contract signed in 2019. 2014. The total area of ​​the entire urban area is 658 hectares, of which 208 hectares is reciprocal land for businesses business recover capital and profits.
