For the low-rise building block, 15 3-storey houses will be built. In addition, the land must have a kindergarten area for trees, yards and roads.
However, after completing the project in November 2012 and being handed over to households from January 2013, the luxury apartment complex and commercial BEMES has a completely different shape than the approved planning.
Specifically, the high-rise building has “grown” the CT6C building next to the two blocks CT6A and CT6B. These blocks share a base of 3 floors and a connected basement even though the design is 4 floors of the base and 2 floors. basement. This building uses the first floor as a hallway business services. The total number of apartments in the building is 1,582 and there is no hotel tower.
With the low-rise building area, the investor has built 2 blocks of houses. adjacent to 38 4-storey apartments. In the planning, the land for the kindergarten was “turned” into a low-rise building, while the kindergarten area was converted into an apartment building.
The Procuracy’s indictment said that the project CT6 Kien Hung currently has 1,620 apartments. However, only 934 apartments have been issued red books. The remaining 438 apartments at CT6C building, 43 apartments at CT6A, 25 apartments at CT6B and 14 apartments in low-rise buildings are not issued with red books. Reasons: Additional construction outside the planning (CT6C building); change of use; construction of 160 other apartments that have not yet completed the red book procedures.
