As reported, Mr. Pham Huy Thuong resides at 23 Dien Bien Phu, District Three Dinh City Hanoi sent a petition to Dan Tri newspaper reflecting: Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Mai’s house sent people to demolish, destroy his family’s property, and appropriate the common use area of the households at house number 23. During this process, Ms. Mai’s family had a dispute over the common use area (including alley and yard) with households in house 23 Dien Bien Phu.

Related to construction work at the house No. 23 Dien Bien Phu, Ba Dinh District, requested Mrs. Le Thi Ngoc Mai’s household to stop building above the allowed height (3 floors), but Mrs. Mai’s house still built up to the 4th floor and is continuing to build columns to deploy construction. 5th floor due to the helplessness of the People’s Committee of Dien Bien Ward.

The People’s Committee of Ba Dinh district directed Dien Bien ward to maintain the current status of the auxiliary yard area and common walkway at house number 23 Dien Bien Phu.
