Pursuant to Decree No. 10/2023 of the Government, Trung Nguyen Legend – Loc An project of Trung Nguyen Company is in the case where the State recovers land but is not allowed to continue using the land for 24 months from the date The project has been terminated and cannot transfer land use rights or sell legal assets attached to the land to other investors.
Therefore, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Lam Dong province affirms the proposal. Trung Nguyen Company’s proposal has no basis for consideration.

The enterprise recommends that the People’s Committee of Lam Dong province and relevant departments accept the company’s return of use rights. land use. At the same time, the company transferred this area to Trung Nguyen Franchising Joint Stock Company.
