Princess Kate’s photo was suspected of being edited, four major companies announced a recall

AP News Agency told Sky News that the photo shows “a lack of consistency in the outline of the left hand of Princess Charlotte” the daughter of Princess Kate and Prince William.

< p>The photo in question was released on the morning of March 10 on the occasion of Mother’s Day, showing Kate standing between her three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis.

The photo was initially circulated by a number of photo agencies but by the evening of the same day, at least three companies had postponed distribution and asked the media to delete the photos.

AP told Sky News that: “Initially Associated Press announced the photo released by Kensington Palace. The AP later withdrew the image because upon closer inspection it appeared the source had edited the image in a way that did not meet AP standards.”

Sky News note that editing photos for work use is a common practice. If there is indeed editing, this does not indicate that Kensington Palace has any intention other than improving the photo the news agency emphasizes. .

Kensington Palace provided the above photo to photo agencies saying it was taken by Prince William at Windsor Castle early last week.  Kensington declined to comment after the photo was leaked Photo agencies recalled it.

The photo was released amid speculation about Princess Kate’s health after her short hospital stay in January to undergo abdominal surgery.

On January 17, Kensington Palace said the surgery was successful and Kate remained in hospital until January 29.
