Yang Qingpei (born 1989), born in Yunnan, is one of China’s most barbaric serial killers. Yang Qingpei killed his parents over an argument about money, then used a hoe to kill 17 neighbors to cover up his crime on September 29, 2016.

On the evening of September 28, 2016, a brutal murder occurred in Qujing city, Yunnan province, China, killing 19 people. The case caused shock nationwide.

July 28, 2017 The Intermediate People’s Court of Qujing City, Yunnan Province, pronounced sentence executed Yang Qingpei for Intentional Murder. Yang Qingpei accepted the verdict and did not appeal.
