The management and operation of housing specified in Clauses 1 and 3 of this Article are carried out in accordance with the Regulations on management and use of apartment buildings issued by the Minister of Construction.
People’s Committees at all levels, within the scope of their duties and powers, are responsible for checking and inspecting the satisfaction of the requirements and conditions specified in Clauses 1 and 3 of this Article.
