According to Accordingly, workers who have worked for 20 years or more are rewarded with a bonus of 200% of basic salary and job salary. Employees with working time from less than 3 months to less than 20 years are awarded 25-195% of basic salary and job salary (depending on working seniority). New employees hired in January 2024 will receive a bonus of 500,000 VND.
According to Changshin Vietnam Co., Ltd., Tet bonuses are paid based on the basic salary applied from January 1, 2024 and job salary (if any). Tet bonus payment time is January 26, 2024 via employee accounts.
In addition, the company continues its policy of giving Tet gifts as necessities to all workers.
Regarding the Tet holiday schedule, workers will have a day off from February 7, 2024 to February 14, 2024.
