According to the regulations in Table 1 of the “Tanks in progress” competition, the individual race (qualifying round) will be a competition between 3 tank crews from 4 countries: Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan. and Venezuela. After 3 qualifying matches, the achievements of the 3 tank crews will be combined to select the teams with high achievements in the semi-finals.
In the qualifying round, the tank crews will perform 4 laps against the other teams. Content: Fires 125mm main cannon, 12 7mm anti-aircraft machine guns, 7 62mm coaxial machine guns and acceleration.
The “Tank Marching” competition content within the framework of Army Games 2022 takes place from September 1, 2022. August 13-27 at the Alabino training ground outside Moscow. Competing in this content, there are 21 teams divided into 2 groups.
Table 1 includes 10 teams: Azerbaijan Belarus Venezuela Vietnam Kazakhstan Russia Kyrgyzstan China Uzbekistan Mongolia.
Table 2 includes 11 teams: Abkhazia Armenia Zimbabwe Iran Laos Mali Myanmar Syria Sudan Tajikistan South Ossetia.
This year the teams in Group 1 will compete in qualifying rounds and then calculate their total achievements to select. 8 teams entered the semi-finals and then continued to select 4 teams to enter the final. Meanwhile, Group 2 only competes in the qualifying round with points added.
In addition to Russia and Belarus using their own tanks, the remaining teams will be provided with T-72B3 tanks by host Russia to participate in the competition.
