Trapping predators through the application Tagged
From August to November 2016, 4 women connected and met Khalil Wheeler-Weaver on a dating app in which three women died and a fourth escaped.
Wheeler-Weaver, a dashing-looking 20-year-old security guard, used Tagged dating app to lure his victims.
Robin West, his first victim, was discovered with his body burned in an abandoned house.
The second victim, Joanne Brown, disappeared in October, her body was found 2 months later and was determined to be strangled.
Sarah Butler was the last victim, Before agreeing to meet Wheeler-Weaver, he also sent him a text message asking: Are you not a serial killer?
Before Sarah was murdered, the 4th woman met Wheeler-Weaver but luckily escaped can escape. She told the police about her encounter with the perpetrator.
Meanwhile, Sarah’s friends and family were determined to find who killed her. They found messages that Sarah left on the social network Tagged and created a fake profile to date Wheeler-Weaver.

He told police that that date night ended early after the two sides had a disagreement. Detectives believe that Jessica agreed to drive Harris home and that her father was along for the trip.
Harris allegedly murdered them after Jessica stopped the car.
Harris was arrested on October 21, 2020 and he is currently facing 2 charges of First Degree Murder.
The tragedy after the group party
On October 19, 2021 36-year-old Heidi Carter met a woman through a lesbian dating app. She invited the woman and her boyfriend to her house to drink, use drugs and party.
While the three were participating in group sex, Carter Carey’s boyfriend Hammond was surprised appear. He became enraged and began beating the invited couple with a baseball bat, tying the man named Timothy Ivy with duct tape and sexually assaulting the other woman.
Hammond then strangled Ivy to death while Carter then held Hammond’s gun and took the restrained woman into another room. After hiding the man’s body, Carter hired someone to clean it up.
The cleaner who found Ivy’s body immediately ran away from the house and called the police. When police arrived, Hammond was shot dead in an altercation and Carter was arrested. The woman being controlled by the murderous couple was hospitalized for treatment of her injuries.
Carter faces a series of charges including murder, rape, criminal detention and abuse. abuse of corpses.
Last February Carter was sentenced to 65 years in prison to pay for his crimes.
