From August to November 2016, 4 women connected and met Khalil Wheeler-Weaver on a dating app in which three women died and a fourth escaped.
Wheeler-Weaver, a dashing-looking 20-year-old security guard, used Tagged dating app to lure his victims.
Robin West, his first victim, was discovered with his body burned in an abandoned house.
The second victim, Joanne Brown, disappeared in October, her body was found 2 months later and was determined to be strangled.
