Ugo Humbert and Alexander Bublik appear in the Dubai final Tennis Championships 2024 after defeating a big opponent in the semi-finals. Humbert brilliantly defeated number one seed Daniil Medvedev and Bublik defeated number two seed Rublev after a dramatic match.< /p>
However, this match was not too exciting when Humbert dominated and defeated Bublik after only 2 sets with a score of 6-4 6-3. This is the second ATP 500 title in Ugo Humbert’s career.
Humbert became the second player to win more than one ATP title since the beginning of 2024 alongside Jannik Sinner (Australian Open and Rotterdam Open).
Humbert won his 6th title in 6 appearances in the final including: Auckland 2020 (ATP 250) Anvers 2020 (ATP 250) Halle 2021 (ATP 500) Metz 2023 (ATP 250) Marseille 2024 (ATP 250) and Dubai Tennis Championships 2024 (ATP 500).
With this achievement Humbert became the 3rd player in the open era to win all 6 ATP finals consecutive first after Ernests Gulbis and Martin Klizan. Humbert will rise to No. 14 on the updated ATP rankings on March 4.
