9 groups of subjects whose pensions will be adjusted
In this document, Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance said according to Decree No. 42/2023 /ND-CP, there are 9 groups of people who are receiving monthly social insurance pensions before July 1, whose benefit levels will be adjusted.

The second is commune and town officials.

No salary increase retire in July
During the increase from July 1, pensioners’ monthly social insurance benefits, monthly benefits belonging to the 9 groups above will be adjusted to increase by 2 levels.
< p>The first is an increase of 125% on the social insurance pension and monthly benefits of June 2023. This increase applies to those who have been adjusted to increase from January 1, 2022 according to Decree No. 108/2021/ND-CP dated December 7, 2021 (those in the first to seventh groups).< /p>
The second is an increase of 208% on the social insurance pension and monthly benefits of June 2023. This increase applies to people receiving pensions, social insurance benefits and monthly benefits that have not been adjusted according to Decree No. 108/2021/ND-CP dated December 7, 2021 (groups 8 and 9).
For people in the first to seventh groups who have retired from social insurance pensions, monthly benefits before January 1995, after adjusting to increase the benefit level according to the above regulations, the benefit level is still lower than 3,000,000 VND /month will be adjusted to increase again.
Firstly, increase by 300,000 VND/person/month for those with benefits below 2,700,000 VND/person/month.

According to the Decree Decree No. 42/2023/ND-CP, the provisions of this Decree will be implemented from July 1.
